Return Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unworn/unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Eligible Items
- Items in original, unused condition
- Items with original tags and packaging
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Eligible Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Customized or personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and go to Order History.

Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.

Choose your reason for return and submit the request.

Pack the item securely and attach the return label.

Drop off the package at the designated courier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
